I don’t take myself too serious, and I value kindness higher than any material possessions..
I’m working 5 days a week - and I always approaching my weekends as a time to celebrate, as mini-holidays, trying to get away from all the routine. I do believe that joy and pleasure are something every person is entitled to!
Eating out, walking the beach, wandering in our beautiful forests and gardens - that’s my ideal weekend. Always finishing with a cosy night in, nice meal cooked, reading, watching nice movies, cosying up next to a fireplace..
I exercise and meditate most of the days, keeping both - my body and mind - fit and healthy.
