About her
Family orientated with grown-up kids (two currently still at home despite my best efforts) and young grandchildren. I love animals, music, live gigs, science, history, books and food.
I'm very practical, as independent as being 5'3" allows, and don't mind getting my hands dirty! I'm trying my hand at growing my own fruit and veg for the first time in decades...I killed three houseplants last year, so I don't know what gave me the impression that ths was a good idea! However, I have 6 chickens, 4 ducks, an elderly dog that I've managed to keep alive and I appear to have inherited financial responsibility for a gecko, who I am now chief escaped bug catcher for. My dream would be to be as self-sufficient as possible.
Physically, I range between 'curvaceous' and 'a few extra pounds' depending on the time of year...I'm currently the latter because I've been spending way too much time sat on my bum with my head in text books studying for a professional qualification to prove I can do the job I've already been doing for six years. I have a few piercings (but not enough to set off the airport security scanners), and some pretty awesome tattoos, so if that's not your thing scroll on by, I'm not for you!
I drive, and also hold a motorbike licence (love bikes and still have all the gear, but don't ride anymore).
I'm pretty sociable, but comfortable with my own company, I can be assertive (I need to be for my job), but I'm generally laid back and chilled, there's been enough drama in my life to rival EastEnders and I'd prefer not to have any more!
I like to have a good laugh, love comedy clubs, and general silliness...I'm definitely not dead yet!
I have good friends, great colleagues and a big family, but I'm missing having fun with someone special.

Looking for someone kind, caring, and funny, with good morals, who I don't have to mother (I've got enough kids).
Financially independent and (preferably) still working, or at least busy, with some sort of social life...I don't want to be anyone's everything!
Some common interests would be nice, but I'm open to new things. Ideally, they should be at home mucking out animals though, because I spend quite a bit of my free time wearing wellies and shovelling sh*t! I am, however, a sucker for a wicked sense of humour!
Physically I prefer a guy to have teeth and smell nice (a good proportion of the time at least). Call me shallow, but dad-bods are certainly acceptable, beer-bellies not so much...otherwise, I'm really don't have a type.
