About her
Hello! I am a mystical artist and I live in the beautiful deserts of Arizona. I have some great friends here and enjoy lots of local activities: Meditation, gatherings, sound healings and hiking, to name but a few. I have two grown daughters whom I love dearly. Celebrating holidays is very important to our family. I was raised back east in New York and experienced both country and city life as a child! I prefer country to this day, although I love certain aspects of a city; History, museums, ethnic restaurants, parks, concerts and theater, etc. I grew up surrounded by books and art, excursions, good cooking, cats and dogs and wonderful conversation. I drew and painted from earliest youth, cheered on by my parents, who were both artists! Weekends found us at our country cabin, amidst the rolling hills and meadows, without electricity or running water. Great fun for us- treehouses, hayrides and fireflies! My passions have always been centered around history and the arts and later as a teen I developed the travel bug! I love visiting Europe! I lived in Asia, back in my 20s & 30s. I love watching movies and listening to music. As to the latter- my favorites are rock, folk, jazz and foreign. My friends would describe me as cheerful, intelligent, witty, talented and upbeat. (Yes, I asked them... :-))

This is always a tough question for me. He should share a few of my interests, though not all. He should be kind, enjoy conversing, be intelligent (within reason) and interested in history, somewhat witty, confident, optimistic, a realist, adventurous and tender hearted. Must love animals. It would be a plus if he was handy around the house, enjoyed traveling and watching films/shows.
