Well maintained, healthy and a little toned not a dad bod, with a sense of humour that no one else gets.
The Lake District is half an hour away as well as 8 other local hills which are my favourite places for hiking or just a stress free amble. Watching Peregrine Falcons, observing the flora or even foraging. There's a particular cafe in the Lakes village (we are not permitted to name apparently in case we meet there) is my favourite place to sit with a pint of tea which lasts forever whilst I sit and take in the scenes of the valley.
I have lots of interests and keen to learn more. Podcasts, relaxing, cold 💦 plunge, gym cardio/resistance, yoga and most recently Pilates.
On my many adventures is the magic log. It is a washed up section of tree trunk in a wildlife reserve. I walk for half an hour and sit cross legged upon the log. Breathing in for 4 and out for 7. Relaxing every muscle, calming the mind until eventually I can switch off. Sensing the air running inside my legs and up to the chest, in and out, in and out, up to the top of the head and ...Nothing but bliss. An emptiness that has no thought, nerve endings or time but a vast black calmness. An escape from everything that is human 🫶
Some other hobbies and interests are nutrition and the gut microbiome which controls 70% of your immune system. Fermented foods including food I make myself, sauerkraut, kefir milk, kimchi, miso, vege and home made sugar free dark chocolate, sugar free oat biscuits. I lead a very healthy sugar free, low fats, high protein life. Sometimes I allow myself time off which in itself is good for the whole system I am the care taker of 😀.

Positive, non judgemental. Takes each person as they come and values honesty and a persons right to be who they choose wether you agree with it or not. Afterall we all learn at a different pace and never all the same.

I'm all about good housekeeping, clearing out the unwanted and being able to see who is on the ball and who takes a back seat. So not to waste time with the lack of committment as I'm not invested in this for long.
